This policy explains the circumstances in which an order placed with NEXUS ACTIVE SDN. BHD 202601017835 (1679932-W) may be cancelled, and the treatment of any sum already paid. Plans alter, and provision is made accordingly.
1. When you may cancel
A full refund is available where cancellation is sought within 24 hours of purchase.
After that 24-hour period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or consigned for shipment.
2. How a cancellation is requested
Contact customer service immediately, quoting the Order Number against which the request is made.
The support team shall then verify the status of that order and confirm whether it remains eligible for cancellation.
3. How the refund is made
An approved cancellation is refunded to the original payment method used at purchase.
Allow 7–14 business days for that refund to be processed and to be reflected in your account.
