1. Where your order can be sent
Delivery is presently available to the territories listed below:
Peninsular Malaysia, comprising all states thereof.
East Malaysia, comprising Sabah & Sarawak.
2. How long preparation takes
Every order is processed within 1–3 business days, weekends and public holidays being excluded from that reckoning.
Upon despatch you shall receive a confirmation email setting out the tracking information assigned to your parcel.
3. How long carriage takes
No overnight or next-day delivery is offered at present. The standard windows are as follows:

4. What delivery costs you
Free shipping applies, the standard carriage charge being waived on your behalf as a matter of value.
Bulk or specialised promotional orders may nevertheless attract a charge computed at checkout by reference to total weight and destination, where applicable.
5. How your parcel is traced
Once the courier partner has taken custody, a tracking number together with a direct link shall be sent to you by email or SMS.
That link reports the progress of your consignment in real time.
